Swans Engineering, PLLC is a WBE/DBE-certified business that provides transportation engineering and planning consulting services throughout the Northeast.

With experience in data collection, traffic analysis, planning, and design, we have been engaged in planning and concept development through final design and construction.

We have experience with various delivery methods, including on-call task orders and staff extensions, design-bid-build, and design-build.

Swans Engineering takes a quality-focused, multi-modal approach to our projects. We take care to balance the needs of all roadway users in our work, including personal vehicles, trucks, transit, taxis/FHVs, pedestrians, and bicycles.
